Penny J. Bowers, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reflexologist

Born and raised in Western New York, always with an interest in caring for others and wanting to do so in a way that would not create pain.  Massage just seemed like the most natural approach.

After working in the corporate world for some time, I attended Finger Lakes School of Massage in beautiful Ithaca, New York, to see my dream through to fruition and became licensed in New York State in 1997.  I love to learn new techniques to share with my clients and peers and offer many different modalities. 

Over 20 years' experience have proven that massage is a symbiotic relationship between practitioner and client to achieve the client's optimal state of healing.  Many times I have worked in conjunction with a client's doctor, chiropractor and/or acupuncturist for an even greater state of well-being.

When not in the treatment room, you can find me at local pow-wows offering chair massage, enjoying the great outdoors, creating new body products to share with my friends and clients, being with my family and traveling this big, blue marble we all call home.
